border-bottom: 2px solid #f0f0f0; padding-bottom: 5px;\">Bases de Participaci\u00f3n<\/h3>\r\n    <ul style=\"list-style-type: none; padding-left: 0;\">\r\n        <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">\u2705 <strong>Destinatarios:<\/strong> Personas mayores de 18 a\u00f1os de Argentina, Brasil, Paraguay y Uruguay.<\/li>\r\n        <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">\u2705 <strong>Requisitos del corto:<\/strong> Hasta 20 minutos de duraci\u00f3n, producidos a partir de 2024.<\/li>\r\n        <li style=\"margin-bottom: 10px;\">\u2705 <strong>Tem\u00e1tica:<\/strong> Reflexiones sobre la frontera en sus dimensiones territoriales, sociales, culturales, simb\u00f3licas o afectivas.<\/li>\r\n    <\/ul>\r\n\r\n    <h3 style=\"color: #1a5fb4;
